Who we are Webster Solution LLC ("Webster", "we", "us") operates a performance-marketing network that connects traffic partners ("Publishers") with buyers ("Advertisers") of inbound calls, live transfers and web leads. This policy explains how we handle personal information on our website and in our partner portal. 2. Information we collect a) Partner information: names, business email, phone, company details, addresses, tax and business documents, banking or billing details, login and security data (for example sign-in times, IP address and device information). b) Consumer information processed through our platform: contact details and request details that consumers submit through forms or calls (for example name, phone number, ZIP code, the service requested), consent records (such as TrustedForm or Jornaya identifiers) and call metadata or recordings where lawfully captured. c) Website data: pages visited and technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. The partner portal uses a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. 3. How we use information To review and approve partner applications; operate campaigns, routing, reporting, billing and payouts; verify consent and investigate disputes, returns and compliance complaints; secure accounts and prevent fraud; meet legal, tax and accounting obligations; and communicate with partners about their accounts. 4. How we share information Consumer information is shared only with the Advertiser whose campaign receives the call or lead and with service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, email delivery, call tracking, consent verification), each bound by confidentiality. We do not sell partner information. We disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. 5. Retention We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services, resolve disputes, demonstrate consent and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it. 6. Security We use encrypted connections, access controls, two-factor authentication options and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 7. Your choices and rights You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention duties. Consumers who no longer wish to be contacted should tell the calling business and may also contact us; we will honor opt-out and do-not-call requests. 8. Children Our services are for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. 9. Changes We may update this policy. The version date above changes when we do, and partners will be asked to accept material updates. 10.
